Ticket Terms & Conditions
1. Definitions
Agent means the authorised agent from whom you purchased a Ticket.
Conditions means these terms and conditions.
Event means the Plumpton Revival Festival, at the Venue, over the dates advertised.
Lined Up Promotions means Lined Up Promotions Ltd (or its nominated subsidiary), its representatives, servants, employees and sub-contractors, and “We / Us / Our” shall be read accordingly.
Promoter means Lined Up Promotions (unless another promoter is expressly named).
Venue means the festival site (including all fields, stages, precincts, camping and ancillary areas) as specified in the Ticket and event materials.
Ticket means any admission ticket (single day, multi-day, camping pass, etc.) for the Event.
You / Your means the purchaser of the Ticket, or anybody who in Our reasonable opinion is acting with your authority or permission.
These Conditions incorporate, and must be read in conjunction with, any additional Promoter, Agent and/or Venue rules, regulations or requirements.
Together all such provisions are referred to as the Terms and Conditions.
2. Acceptance
All Tickets are sold subject to these Terms and Conditions.
Your purchase of a Ticket constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
3. Check Your Ticket
It is Your responsibility to check your Ticket upon receipt.
If there is any error, You should notify the Agent or Us immediately.
Corrections may not always be possible after issue.
4. Access / Special Requirements
If You or someone in Your party has accessibility requirements or concerns, You should notify Us as early as possible before the Event.
Contact information will be provided on the Event website.
5. Admission & Ticket Integrity
You must present a valid Ticket for entry and retain it throughout the Event.
Any Ticket that is altered, defaced, copied or tampered with may be invalidated.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen or destroyed Tickets.
6. Duplicate Tickets
We may, at Our discretion, issue duplicate Tickets and may charge an administration fee for doing so.
7. Children & Age Restrictions
No under-16s will be admitted unless accompanied throughout the Event by a supervising adult.
The adult must judge whether the Event is suitable for the child. We accept no liability in this regard.
We may require the removal of children if, in Our opinion, they are causing disturbance or health & safety risk.
Any additional age restrictions (e.g. 18+ zones) will be published.
8. Seating / Camping Allocation
Where applicable, rights correspond to the category or type purchased.
We reserve the right to allocate alternative positions if necessary for safety or operations.
If only a lesser value allocation is possible, a refund of the difference or alternative option may be offered.
9. Alteration of Event
We reserve the right to alter or vary the Event (timing, lineup, running order, stage changes, etc.) as reasonably necessary.
Our liability in such cases is limited under these Terms.
10. Refunds, Exchanges & Material Changes
Tickets cannot normally be exchanged or refunded, except in the event of cancellation, rescheduling or a material change.
A material change is one which, in Our view, makes the Event substantially different for typical Ticket-holders.
Non-material changes include supporting act substitutions, weather, or delays.
11. Notification of Changes
It is Your responsibility to keep contact details up to date.
We will use reasonable efforts to notify purchasers of cancellations or changes but cannot guarantee notification before the original date.
12. Refund Requests
If the Event is cancelled, rescheduled and You cannot attend, or there is a material change, You may request a refund within the time stated by the Agent.
Refunds will be made to the original purchaser only. Missed deadlines may result in loss of refund eligibility.
13. Force Majeure
We will not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond Our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, pandemics, weather, or government action.
14. Refunds Limited to Ticket Price
Refunds are limited to the price paid for the Ticket. We are not liable for travel, accommodation, meals or other costs.
15. Liability
Except for liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any non-excludable liability.
Our liability is limited to the Ticket price. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss or property damage.
16. Transfer / Resale
Tickets may not be resold or transferred where prohibited. Breach may render the Ticket void without refund.
17. Commercial Use
Tickets may not be used for advertising, promotions, contests, or commercial gain without Our written permission.
18. License & Ownership
Tickets are personal, revocable licences and remain Our property. Breach of these Terms may result in cancellation and ejection without refund.
19. Refusal of Entry / Ejection
We may refuse entry or eject anyone for health & safety, intoxication, antisocial behaviour, non-compliance with instructions, or breach of these Terms.
No refund will be given.
20. Security Searches & Prohibited Items
Weapons or sharp objects
Illegal substances
Bottles, cans or glass (unless permitted)
Drones, fireworks or pyrotechnics
Recording equipment (unless authorised)
Promotional materials without consent
Outside food or drink (unless permitted)
Animals (except assistance dogs)
We may conduct searches and confiscate prohibited items. We accept no liability for loss of confiscated items.
21. Compliance & Behaviour
You must follow instructions from staff and security. We may restrict access to areas for safety reasons.
22. Complaints
If You have a complaint, raise it with a steward on site. We will make reasonable efforts to assist.
23. Noise Warning
Exposure to loud music may cause hearing damage. Ear protection is recommended.
24. Recording & Photography
By attending, You consent to being photographed, filmed or recorded for promotional use worldwide, in perpetuity, without payment.
25. Smoking & Vaping
Smoking or vaping is only permitted in designated areas. Breach may result in ejection.
26. Re-entry
Re-entry is at Our discretion and may be limited to certain times or areas.
27. Unattended Property
Do not leave belongings unattended. Lost items may be held for 30 days before disposal.
28. Data Protection & Privacy
Personal data is handled in accordance with Our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.
29. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. You and We submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
